Up in the north, at the same day, was "Norrlandsmästaren" in water- and trackingtest. Eleven dogs entered and the only two dogs with maximum points 10-10 was MOLLY and ISA, MILLA had 9-10 in openclass. "Norrlandmästare" became ISA!

040717: SKKs national show in Östersund. Weimaraners were judged by Arne Thorn. BOB-puppy went to HONEY, who also became som BIS-R-PUPPY! CK and BOB adhults went to MINI! What a day!

FRASSE also has his hip-x-ray: HD-A!!! Eight out of nine in our G-litter have their x-rays done and seven of them are free from dysplasia. Fantastic!

040725: At SWeiK ClubChampionships in water- and tracking, CARMA and ISA (among other weims) competed. Both of them (in open class) got maximum points; 10 points in water and 10 points in tracking. Great!

040729: SKK Int 4x Ronneby: CARMA gets her second certificate, CACIB and becomes BOB!

When the very nice judge Thomas Jakkel checked CARMAs teeth (CARMA just loves people) CARMA kissed him on his mouth... The judge said: "You know, you´re not supposed to kiss the judge before judging..." After he gave us BOB he turned towards me and said: "She´s a very good mover!" Even though all went very well that day, we never stayed until the group-finals (first time ever in our show-career!) due to the enormous heat. We felt that we were very pleased anyway!!! 040822, SWeiKs 25-year-anniversary at Tullgarn Castle:
Oh boy! You can´t be anything else but proud! CARMA was 2nd (after her littersister ISA) in workingclass and had CK, 3rd of the bitches and BIS-3-huntingtestmerited. ISA had her 2nd certificate, became best bitch, BOS and BIS-1-huntingtestmerited. Wow!

There are lots to tell about our trip to the north; three wonderful weeks with lots of birds (most of them are in our fridge!). Have a look at some pictures at "Hunting & Happenings" !!!

It´s often a joy being a breeder! We remember when Stein called us and told that he had shot a grouse to RIKKE when she was 6 months old, or when her halfsister CARMA only was 9 months old and we shot her first pheasant. The story repeats with these latest stars; our H-litter! A couple of weeks ago two of them managed grouses in the mountains perfectly: TINDRA and HONEY. They were 7½ months old then. The other day the owner of TINDRA called us again and told us that she has pointed, flushed and was really steady with two (!) black-grouses in the woods and retrieved them both. Fantastic, only 8 months old! "Beat that!"

041002: CARMA is a fantastic dog! At the Swedish Weimaranerclub Clubchampionships in field, she was the only dog who got prize: she had 7 points in field and 9 in retrieving, which was enough to a first prize in openclass. She became Clubchampion in field AND became Swedish Showchampion!
We sure are proud: CARMA is our third generation Swedish Showchampions! Feels good...

The only dog having prize (seven dogs competing) was RIKKE, a. k. a; NV-03 Scuba´s First Lady of Finlandia. She had a 2nd prize in openclass.

And RIKKE did it again! A 2nd prize in openclass. As "somebody" says: "Ooops! It´s easy to win!"

SKK Int Växjö: EMBLA competing at her first show (juniorclass) and judge was Nete Wunsch. She had a 1st prize.

Niclas with ISA in the string were just floating in the ring and became BIG, judge in the group was another breed-expert, Åke Sjöström!!! ISA was rewarded with SKK prize Silverpointer, to the best pointing birddog.
My eyes were full of tears and I got a rather soar throat!!! Totally unbelievable!

I have no idea what I said when the reporter of the magazine HundSport was interviewing me...
Not forgetting our previous BIG-1-placements, but having a BIG at Swedish Winner-show beats them all! Especially when you think about the fact that this is the first time a swedishbred weimaraner scores high at a Sw Winner-show! I was touched, exaggerated and most of all very thankfull for our amazing puppy-buyers! Niclas is truly a good handler, he really knows how to handle ISA to her very best!
Now, to the BIS-finals:
We followed everything "live" by phone via wife Anna. I heard the applause and the whistlings, the trumpets; ISA stood and moved perfect.
BIS-judge: Renée Sporre-Willes. She picked five dogs who all got the honorable sixth place. Unfortunately, one of them was ISA. But! We are very pleased and honoured over ISA and Niclas, doing so good promotion for weimaraners and our breeding. Big thanks! It´s not everyday you breed a BIS-6!
